Opening in 2026 on Paulay Ede Street, PURO Budapest will be our first international hotel – blending the charm of 19th-century architecture with contemporary design. Your main tasks

At PURO Hotels, we blend design with warm hospitality to create memorable spaces and experiences. As we continue to grow our presence in Budapest, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will connect PURO with the local business community and drive revenue through authentic relationships and smart strategy.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building business partnerships and driving hotel revenue. Together with the Sales Director, you’ll suppor tturning ideas into action. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building Connections: Actively acquire and develop relationships with corporate clients, MICE partners, travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Driving Revenue: Take ownership of achieving hotel revenue targets across MICE and F&B channels.
  • Leading with Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into action.
  • Collaborating Across the Brand: Work closely with the PURO Sales Team and support the wider PURO network in developing sales strategy.
  • Staying Accountable: Report on performance and results directly to the Sales Director.
  • Owning the Market: Represent PURO on the Budapest hotel scene with confidence and creativity.

About You

We’re seeking someone with:
  • Experience: At least 2 years in hotel sales, ideally within a reputable hotel or chain.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Budapest’s hospitality landscape, especially MICE.
  • Sales Drive: Proven ability to meet ambitious targets and attract new clients.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic Thinking: A creative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to spot opportunities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
