Sales Manager
Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies in the food service
- Manage and expand relationships with current distributors and key end customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the artisanal production sector.
- Organize and conduct sales trainings for internal and external sales teams.
- Oversee technological implementation projects at clients’ production sites.
- Recruit, lead, and develop the national sales team.
- Organize and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry events.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, market analyses, and business plans.
- Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements with distributors and key clients.
- Ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs.
- Report directly to the General Manager of the Hungarian branch
Requirements
- Several years of proven experience in the food production industry, preferably in the bakery market
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing customer accounts
- Leadership experience, including recruiting and developing sales teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with international teams.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
