Sales Manager

Tasks

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in the food service
  • Manage and expand relationships with current distributors and key end customers.
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the artisanal production sector.
  • Organize and conduct sales trainings for internal and external sales teams.
  • Oversee technological implementation projects at clients’ production sites.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the national sales team.
  • Organize and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry events.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, market analyses, and business plans.
  • Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements with distributors and key clients.
  • Ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs.
  • Report directly to the General Manager of the Hungarian branch

Requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in the food production industry, preferably in the bakery market
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts
  • Leadership experience, including recruiting and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with international teams.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
