Responsibilities

  • Sales and its development in selected foreign markets, with an initial portfolio customer base and with the aim of further expanding the company's international presence, while ensuring the loyalty of the customers already acquired
  •  Managing and developing the client portfolio in line with the client base acquired
  • Identifying and finalizing new business opportunities in foreign markets and in selected target market segments for the product range for which it has commercial responsibility
  • Expand the network of agents in the field according to indications and plans agreed with the sales management
  • Manage commercial negotiations and contracts with international clients within the assigned competencies and in accordance with the Group's commercial policies and procedures
  • Regular analysis of sales results in order to compare them with the targets set for the period and to propose corrective/improvement actions to the sales management
  • Representing the company brand at national and international level, at exhibitions, trade shows.
  • Preparing analyses, reports, competitor and market monitoring
  • Participation in the organisation of trade fairs and exhibitions abroad and at home
  • Participation in the management of deliveries, import purchases and customs clearance
  • Entering orders into the company's ERP systems
  • Working closely with other departments of the company

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education
  • Confident use of the MS Office suite
  • ERP system experience
  • Professional communication in English and German
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in sales poplar plywood or Sales wood industry
  • Communication level in Italian or other foreign languages
  • Creativity, result-oriented
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (70% of working time)
