Responsibilities

Leading international security equipment manufacturer and trading company is seeking full time sales administrator to its headquarters in Budapest

  • administration os sales activities, primarily order entry, logistics, (TNT/FEDEX/DHL), billing and cusomer/partner database management
  • other admin support to export team
  • co-operation / communication with different departments, foreign country branches and partners with regards to orders' status
  • solving uprising activity related issues
  • reporting to export sales manager

Requirements

  • at least intermediate level of English is a must, German and / or Spanish as second language is a an advantage but not a requirement
  • min. 1 years of working experience (in export sales is an advantage)
  • good interpersonal abilities and communication skilles
  • fast thinker, able to prionritize, precise
  • loyal and reliable
