Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sales Teams in the Day to Day running and activities. Working effectively towards Sales targets
  • Ensuring all administration tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with other department heads on customer issues, participating in meetings
  • Daily and weekly reporting to the business as required
  • Ensuring that the team works effectively towards the goals and targets of the company
  • Ad hoc project work on back office/administrational procedures
  • Liaising with other mangers in the business to support them with the back office
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials
  • Preparation of daily reports and controlling sales data
  • Managing and doing back-office support of the sales team
  • Entering order information into the company database
  • Order processing and follow up on deliveries
  • Support sales relevant event planning

Requirements

  • Preferable 1 year of experience in sales administration / sales controlling and supporting a sales team
  • You are fluent in English and Hungarian, written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • You have strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Power BI are nice to have
  • You can work on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload seamlessly
  • Experience and understanding of how to implement new processes and policies effectively
  • You are a team player and you have also a self-driven and proactive approach
