Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales orders, invoicing, and related administration.

Handle shipments, returns, and supporting documentation.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

Maintain product and customer master data.

Ensure product, price list, and discount information is up to date.

Assist in demand planning.
Requirements:

At least 2 years’ administrative experience.

Confident English skills in a standard corporate environment (primarily in writing, occasionally in meetings verbally).

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented approach.

Solid MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
