Responsibilities

  • Identify potential new small and mid-size clients, make effective qualifying sales calls, organize appointments, gives information by phone or providing online demos to potential customers where services are presented or visit customers with face to face meeting
  • Contact potential new small and mid-size clients, identify their business needs and mapping on solutions
  • Conducting sales negotiations, selling the company's products and manage sales cycle (eg. create business offers, contracts) to close new business contract with the high closing rate in the applied solution/product categories offered.
  • Manages and communicates progress against targets via accurate and timely pipeline management, reporting and forecasting.
  • Deep knowledge of products portfolio and integrative & solution offerings
  • Perform administration of phone calls and online business meetings in the SalesForce system.
  • Ensure seamless hand-over to relationship management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience (proven track-record) in B2B sales
  • English language knowledge on intermediate level
  • At least secondary education level (BsC or MsC degree is an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, sales driven mentality with a hunting approach
  • Having solution sales mindset
  • Strong business acumen, result driven, excellent negotiator
  • Passionate to be successful and growth within his/her career
