Feladatok
Ensure brand-aligned VM execution and store image through regular store visits.
Communicate key priorities and commercial information across the region.
Deliver and evaluate VM and staff training; develop a skilled VM/Decorator team.
Track customer needs, market and competitor trends; share insights with the region.
Analyze product and sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Regional VM Manager, Sales, Marketing and store teams.
Prepare reports, documents and training tools to support VM operations.
Support RSM with store evaluations and coordinate openings, remodels and closures.
Manage budget, optimize costs and contribute to profit growth.
Plan and organize own workload, maintain admin tasks and pursue continuous development.
