You’ll test yourself at:
- Driving the international transport operations of our customers
- Demonstrating innovation and generating opportunities to manage ideal operational structure
- Supporting the Regional manager in managing all contractual operational results, costs, KPIs, in line with the agreed budget and targets
- Managing activities during sales phase, supporting tender management
- Being responsible for establishing the best, competent team able to deliver targets and reaching new horizons
- In associate development, identifying and supporting the development of employees with potential
Work with us if:
- You have at least 5 years experience in international transportation function or higher in logistics
- You have affinity for logistics process redesign, are familiar with VSM and VSD
- You are able to facilitate internal and external escalated Customer issues independently (incl. lean methods i.e. 8D problem solving)
- You have ability and distinctive willingness to actively represent Raben Group interests to external parties (customers, other Raben entities, service providers)
- University/college degree
- You have a firm command of English both verbal and in writing
