What will be your responsibilities?

• Design and deliver training sessions for Beauty Consultants
• Monitor store performance and key KPIs
• Lead product knowledge and sales skills training
• Support the opening of new stores
• Coach and coordinate store managers and trainers
• Apply modern training techniques in practice
• Identify training needs of both teams and individual

What do we expect from you?

• Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent English at B2 level
• Retail experience (beauty is an advantage) and willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to conduct both in-person and online training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
