The company offers IC programming-as-a-service that allows electronic manufacturers to outsource the programming of integrated circuits to us, removing the complexity and considerable time burden of programming during in-circuit test, and therefore increasing efficiencies on the production line and cost savings to an organization. Also, we specialize in component tape and reeling as a standalone service or as a complement to our IC programming services, custom tape design and manufacture and component configuration with a focus on building strong relationships.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, focusing on nurturing and expanding our client base within the Eastern European markets.

Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers across Hungary and Eastern Europe as well as manage some existing key accounts
  • Identify and target new prospevts through internet research, cold calls and personal visits
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Participate in face-to- face meetings to present proposals and offer solutions
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

 

Requirements

What we're Looking For
 
  • At least 2 years previous experience within the electronics industry, preferably in distribution or sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as relationship building and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel across Eastern Europe essential
  • Knowledge of potential customers and market trends
