Refinery Lifetime Extension Engineer

Location: Százhalombatta

The purpose of the position: As a technical engineer, you are responsible for performing and coordinating engineering tasks related to your discipline in the context of LTA/LTE projects. Your responsibilities include defining and developing technical content, as well as overseeing execution-related activities during the implementation phase and preparing integrated schedules. Your work would contribute to achieving the team's goals.

• Participate in the preparation and implementation of the Lifetime Assessment and Extension programs of the Danube Refinery’s Units
• Cooperation with different organizations (Technology, Technology Development, Maintenance, Operation and Investment)
• Engineering support for the Lifetime Extension at all stages of the project
• Contribute to the assessment of the complex technical condition of our units
• Preparing project proposals, documents and reports
• Preparation of project’s technical content
• Contribute to the preparation of construction schedules, harmonizing with planned shutdowns
• Contribute to the development of detailed, integrated schedules for the construction phase in cooperation with the partners involved in the construction
• Participate in implementation of Lifetime Extension projects
• Contribute to the project post evaluation

• Have an engineering university degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project execution
• Are fluent in Hungarian and have a good command of English
• Demonstrate strong ownership and the ability and willingness to work independently and autonomously
• Are a good team player
• Have a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach
• Possess user-level MS Office skills
