What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll manage end-to-end hiring processes, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while building a strong talent pipeline across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Screen and interview applicants, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from interview prep to feedback

• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and share insights with the team

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

What You Bring

• Proven experience in RPO recruitment or talent acquisition

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)/ Italian is a nice to have

• Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and in teams

• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments
