Recruiter (Debrecen)

DHL is a leader in the field of logistics and a fair employer. We are launching the largest project in Hungary for luxury car manufacturers. We start in 2024, but the majority of employees will join us in 2026.

We are looking for someone to join our HR team, who embraces the dynamic logistics environment and is enthusiastic about assisting us not only with recruitment but also with new ideas and employer branding.

In this position, we offer occasional work from home and the possibility of part-time employment anywhere between 0.6 to 1 FTE.

• Leading end to end recruitment processes for white and blue collar positions.
• Building DHL brand awareness on the market.
• Finding the most efficient ways to attract candidates.
• Taking care for the exquisite candidate experience.
• Maintain good relations with managers and HR colleagues.
• Market monitoring in the field of talent acquisition.
• Collaboration on recruitment campaigns, process improvement and everything related to Recruitment.

• Fluent Hungarian language and English at B2 level.
• Recruiting/HR experience min. 2 years.
• Passion for both white and blue collar recruitment. 
• Self-sufficiency and the ability to set priorities.
• A taste for coming up with new ideas.
