Receptionist

At WONDER Budapest, we’re looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet when they arrive at our stylish, boutique hotel.

• Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
• Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and professionally
• Answering questions, giving recommendations, and assisting guests throughout their stay
• Managing phone calls, emails, and messages in a polite, efficient way
• Supporting reservations and basic administrative tasks at the front desk
• Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure everything runs seamlessly
• Helping to create a warm, inviting lobby atmosphere where guests feel at home

• Experience in reception, front office, or customer service (hotel experience is an advantage, but not a must)
• A friendly, positive personality and polished, professional appearance
• Strong communication skills – Hungarian and English are a must (any extra language is a plus)
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (PMS knowledge is an advantage)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Calm and solution-focused, even when it’s busy
• Flexible with shifts – mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
