Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will provide front desk services to ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Handling guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring a seamless check-in/out process
  • Keeping management updated on guest feedback
  • Delivering high-level customer service at all times
  • Attending training and supporting team development
  • Knowing room categories, rates, and promotions, and maximizing room occupancy through up-selling
  • Following hotel procedures for payments and systems
  • Upholding brand standards and assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competent IT skills

Nice-to-have

It would be a plus to have:
  • Previous experience in cash handling
