Quality system engineer

• Professional support for the implementation of quality management systems
• Planning and coordination of audits (e.g., process audit, system audit, internal audit)
• Operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system
• Successful preparation for certification audits
• Shaping corporate quality awareness and mindset, organizing training sessions
• Maintenance of the quality documentation system
• Active participation in other process improvement projects within the quality assurance field

• Relevant degree in engineering or quality management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role
• Business-level English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of IATF Core Tools (CP, MSA, SPC) is an advantage.
