Responsibilities
Quality Management:
- Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures, and standards with guidance from the Group Quality team
- Ensure compliance with food industry standards in e-groceries logistics, transport, and handling (HACCP rules, FSSC 22000, etc.)
- Participate in the local HACCP team, update the risk register, and validate control points in cooperation with the Group Quality team
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and documentation, ensuring top-quality service
- Conduct internal audits focused on process and system compliance (legislation, company, group, and customer standards)
- Investigate customer complaints and audit non-conformities, identify root causes, propose corrective measures, and conduct risk analysis
- Roll out company group processes and internal guidelines to the Hungary branch, ensuring translation and legal compliance
- Administer QMS and internal documentation databases and communicate on the company intranet (MS SharePoint)
- Train employees in QMS, HACCP, and legislative obligations, and manage the e-learning database of QMS trainings
- Prepare the company for external audits and communicate with state authorities and control bodies
- Conduct regular visits to customer branches
- Report regularly to the headquarters in the Czech Republic
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality management within the food/grocery industry
- Knowledge of QMS according to ISO 9001 and food industry standards (e.g., IFS, FSSC 22000, BRC)
- Internal Auditor certification according to ISO 19001
- Proficiency in HACCP and risk analysis methods
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian and EU food industry legislation
- Excellent communication, logical thinking, and methodological skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI)
- Advanced English language skills
- Valid driving license (B)
