Responsibilities
As Quality Manager / Senior quality engineer, you will be responsible for the leadership and management for every quality related processes in our new Debrecen plant.
- Management and further development of our quality team
- Communicate with the Customer about requirements, issues and improvements
- Responsible for the effective documentation of the Integrated Management System (Quality and Environmental)
- Leads and coordinates Customer and third-party audits
- Works with other departments to ensure that all personnel are effectively trained
- Monitor and follow up of internal inefficiencies and their improvements
- Coordination of external companies
- Close cooperation with the Plant Manager and relevant departments Maintenance, Logistic and Production
Requirements
- Completed technical training or relevant work experience (at least 5 years in the automotive industry)
- Experience and possibly certification in auditing (ISO 14001, IATF16949)
- Knowledge and ideally certification in the Automotive Core Tools
- Knowledge of problem solving tools
- Knowledge of BMW 8D method is a plus
- Goal-oriented and precise way of working, analytical thinking skills
- Independent working style, flexibility and commitment
- Excellent written and spoken Hungarian, German is a must and preferably English skills
