Your tasks will be:

  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for warranty issues.

  • Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.

  • Implement new systems and procedures where appropriate.

  • Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.

  • Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System.

  • Sustain and improve total customer satisfaction by completing product, process, system, dock, compliance and surveillance audits.

  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

  • Develop and implement effective and efficient preventive and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical training to quality department personnel and assess the performance periodically and initiate improvement plans as needed.

  • Ensure that products produced match the timing and quality requested.

  • Identify, support and help implement programs designed to improve efficiency of the entire organization.

Elvárások:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology or related field or Associate's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in automotive environment.
  • Fluency in German or English is required.
  • 5 years of experience in automotive environment in similar function.
  • Knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and Control plan.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CMM.
