Quality manager

Quality and production management on electrical mobility projects in a new Hungarian department.

Responsibilities

Full personal responsibility and creative freedom in the realisation of your project

Work on a new project with electric cars

Stabilisation of the supplier, product ramp-up, definition of milestones milestones for the industrialisation of the product

Planning and implementation of quality projects with a focus on Value network optimisation, supplier enablement and management

Troubleshooting process in ongoing series production at automotive suppliers automotive suppliers and automotive OEMs

Development and implementation of concepts for demand planning, programme planning, capacity management and order processing

Carrying out process audits and potential analyses for suppliers in the award phase

Establishment and further development of quality management systems

Securing supply by reducing the reject rate at the automotive supplier

Are you passionate about quality improvement? So are we?

• You speak technology
• You have at least 3 years (more senior specialists are welcome) of professional experience in production or quality management in the automotive industry or in a management consultancy
• You think conceptually, but can also implement
• You are results-orientated, but also have people in mind in view
• You describe yourself as a pragmatic doer with digital expertise
• You want to be a brand ambassador for P3
• You speak fluent German or English

• Experience with VDA 6.3, DIN EN 9100 and IATF 16949 is an advantage 

• Employment contract
• Mon-Fri from the customer's site. After establishing a relationship of trust with the customer customer, more flexibility is possible
• Accommodation and travel expenses are covered
• Technical equipment: a phone and a laptop
