Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
- Responsible for delivering the optimum quality of the company’s services and goods.
- Responsible for managing quality team (QC laboratory, flying controllers, incoming goods, production, deliveries, monitoring and measuring resources etc).
- Maintaining consistent quality, help to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and environmental standards, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Company preparation for internal, partner and standard audits.
- Managing daily QA/QC routine tasks and supporting subordinates.
- Professional investigation of responsible issues, introduction of relevant actions.
- Managing of customer complains.
- Daily contact with customers and partners.
- Managing of quality, product safety trainings.
Requirements
- Min 3 years Experience within Quality Management role.
- Thorough understanding of the ISO 9001 standard.
- Skilled in risk management practices (FMEA, Control Plan etc).
- Knowledge of any problem solving methods.
- Facilitation skills and ability to influence.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Hungarian.
- Ms office tool knowledge (excell, word,).
- Experience in Laboratory Management.
- Hands-on attitude.
- General industrial knowledge, knowledge of the general structure and processes of industry.
- General knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Minimum BSC degree ( faculty of sciences, or relevant engineer study ).
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of cosmetic or/and pharmaceutical GMP.
- Experienced with ISO13485 standard.
- Experienced with food industry.
- General knowledge of cosmetic products and relevant scientific knowledge related to the cosmetics industry.
