Role Mission Statement
Reporting to the Group Quality Operations Manager, the job holder is responsible for the day to day control of the nominated country’s Quality Assurance activities encompassing performance monitoring, driving the corrective action process, training, maintenance of existing and delivery of new processes or practices and supporting improvement programmes at local and Group levels. The job holder shall investigate all accidents, incidents and customer complaints, ensuring that all concerns are clearly recorded, reported and resolved in accordance with the contract requirements.

The jobholder will be normally based in the field or at Budapest based Head Office and will be expected to spend time away from home including periods abroad occasionally at short notice as required to support the business needs.
