Responsibilities

  • Supplier Quality Management:
    • Oversee quality control for localized supplier components.
    • Review and approve PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
    • Determine responsibilities for quality issues with KD (Knocked Down) parts and ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Production Process Monitoring:
      • Collect and monitor key indicators for the four major production processes: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly.
      • Lead problem-solving activities and define responsible parties for production line stoppages and quality concerns when required
    • Vechicle inspection and evaluation
      • Conduct inspections of finished vehicles during storage and dispatch, monitoring relevant quality data.
      • Develop and communicate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) standards for finished vehicles.
      • Lead vehicle evaluations and organize regular improvement meetings to drive problem-solving initiatives.
    • After sales and customer experience
      • Follow up on vehicle after-sales quality issues and coordinate cross-departmental analysis to identify root causes.
      • Support dealership service evaluations and implement improvements to enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive issue closure.
  • Data monitoring and analysis capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with PPAP, PDI standards, and supplier quality processes.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian

Nice-to-have

  • Direct experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 suppliers.
  • Familiarity with vehicle assembly processes and production equipment.
  • Experience working with international teams, especially with suppliers or plants in diverse geographical locations.
  • Direct experience working with customer feedback loops to improve product quality and satisfaction.Understanding of customer-specific requirements (CSRs) in the automotive sector.
