Responsibilities

  • Participate in handling customer complaints, prepare sorting/inspection instructions; check and approve sorting/rework,
  • Initiate action in case of non-conformities,
  • Monitoring internal blockages, internal scrap,
  • Identifying efforts to reduce scrap,  implementation and professional monitoring,
  • Supervise calibration of measuring instruments,
  • Conduct quality control training, training courses,
  • Contact with partner departments, support production and inter-production problems,
  • Management of the quality scope of new projects in the product development process,
  • Contact person for specific customer groups with an international focus,
  • Coordination - including preparation and follow-up - of project specific customer audits,
  • Preparation of initial sample documentation and audit plans, processing and coordination of internal APQP activities,
  • Coordination and reporting of international complaints,
  • Creating procedures and templates,
  • Participation in preparing the preparatory and process FMEAs,
  • Coordinate APQP content of project specific purchased parts and international customer complaints,
  • Review technical documents, phase transitions and project completion,
  • Conduct and participate in internal process audits.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical education,
  • Relevant experience in managing sub-projects, ideally professional experience in quality management,
  • Knowledge of electric drives and proficiency in processing customer complaints with 8D systems,
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methods (Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa analysis, 8D, 5 Why, 5S),
  • Fluent written and spoken English,
  • Self-confidence and strong communication skills in representing clients.

  • Experience in project management and configuration handling.
