Assist the Quality Manager in establishing the factory Quality Management System, develop policies/procedures, drive implementation, and ensure effective quality management.
Managing quality assurance documentation; process and area development in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
Developing, documenting, reviewing, analyzing, and improving external and internal processes.
Lead Quality during project phases of electricity meter from scratch to SOP. (Problem-Solving, risk avoidance, phase reviews, product & process capabilities and Lessons learned)
Lead Incoming Inspection (IQC), Operative Quality (IPQC) & Outgoing Inspection (OQC) processes to meet standard requirements, and address production quality issues.
Liaise with customers/suppliers, address complaints, define corrective/preventive actions with partners, and ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
Analyzing internal errors and defining corrective actions, continuously operating the PDCA cycle.
Support annual MID-D Measurements
Supervise measuring devices/tools, define/calibrate devices, and manage costs/execution.
Monitor quality KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and analyze data for production process improvement.
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalence degree;
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, other standards;
Communication level English language skills;
Proficiency in audits;
Good communication skills, independence;
Quality management experience;
Laboratory (Calibration) management experience;
Professional experience in the analytical field.
