Quality Assurance Analyst

• Data Quality Assurance: Review entitlement feeds to ensure compliance with security standards

• Issue Remediation: Identify, analyze, and resolve feed-related issues

• Technical Collaboration: Participate in global calls related to enterprise platforms (e.g., Mainframe, Active Directory, UNIX)

• Process Optimization: Improve QA processes and track remediation efforts

• Reporting & Analysis: Generate progress reports and risk assessments using Excel (advanced functions), Tableau, and Power BI

• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with business partners and internal teams

Elvárások:

✔ Advanced Excel skills (macros, vlookup, reporting) – strong advantage
✔ Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) – preferred
✔ Understanding of data transmission protocols
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Fluency in English (written & spoken)
✔ 1-2 years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome)
✔ University degree preferred
