Purchasing specialist

• Defining and executing the local procurement strategy;
• Preparation of strategic contracts, provision of legal compliance;
• Preparation of the task-related records, reports and creating analysis to the top management;
• Procurement process improvement;
• Annual price negotiation;
• Support SQE for supplier claim when needed;
• Supplier lifetime management;
• Responsible for procurement work related to local project construction and factory operation.

• At least 3 years of experience of procurement, with strong commodity management capabilities, including but not limited in supply market analysis, supplier lifetime management, commodity strategy setup and execution, commodity should cost analysis;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill, good in logic analysis, data analysis;
• Fluent in English.

• Chinese language knowledge is advantage.
