Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process for goods and services, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Research suppliers and obtain quotes for comparison.
  • Place purchase orders and track them until delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve basic issues related to orders or deliveries.
  • Manage purchase records, contracts, and purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • English and Hungarian is a MUST
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to proactively solve problems.

Nice-to-have

  • Chinese Speaking
  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP software (such as SAP).
  • Interest in continuous improvement processes within purchasing.
