Your challenges:
Independent participation in renegotiation, relocations, closures procedureSupport Property Team/Management by responding to ad hoc requests for rent & sales and lease agreement terms analysisEffective management of additional rent leases ( parking, terraces, warehouses, KIOSK)Managing and updating all Lease Agreement Databases (IFRS) and future PM softwareManaging Common Area Charges (CACH) area incl. reports and yearly reconciliations verificationBudgeting and planning renewal fees
Your skills and experience:
3-5 years of experience in similar positionUniversity degreeKnowledge of lease agreementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong Analytical skillsFluency in English, both spoken and written is a mustGood MS Office skills, especially ExcelTeam player, positive attitude with ability to work independently managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDriving license, cat. B
