Responsibilities

What is going to be your role
  • Lead and execute projects in transformation of our company focusing on processes and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Risk, IT and other internal stakeholders to manage the change request process, aligning technological solutions with financial operational needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and the achievement of process enhancement objectives.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, outlining action steps, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring precise project management.
  • Perform comprehensive process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across lease sales, risk and admin processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate process changes effectively to ensure stakeholder engagement and awareness.
  • Create and maintain clear and functional documentation for processes, ensuring high standards of clarity and utility.

Requirements

What you will bring with you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP, Six Sigma, or similar knowledge regarded.
  • Solid experience in project management with a proven track record in process automation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to spot opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
  • An understanding of processes in finance sector, preferably in leasing, combined with an openness to learn.
  • Strong drive for identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements within our processes.
  • Competence in Excel including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Organizational and leadership skills, with the capability to involve and manage team members from all levels, complex projects and drive them from scratch to successful completion.
  • Communication skills with the ability to highlight and articulate project goals, process, and results to a diverse audience.
  • Advanced level of English both in oral and writing is a must, all communication with international teams are in foreign language. 

Nice-to-have

A good command of a second language (French, German) is an advantage
