Responsibilities

The position covers international project administrative tasks, organizational level communication tasks, and event organizing tasks.
The position can be fulfilled full time (40 hours/week).
The work language is English primarily and Hungarian.
The new colleague will be responsible for:
  • Project administrative tasks (managing project technical documents)
  • General administrative tasks (back-office support to the financial unit, keeping contact lists)
  • Communication tasks (website content management, newsletters, social media)
  • Event organizational tasks
  • Travel organizational tasks

 

Requirements

  • College degree at least
  • Advanced English in written and speaking (C1 or higher)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
  •  Formal business environment attitude and skill to develop professional relationships
  • Ability to adjust to multicultural work environment
  • High quality task fulfilment both in content and format
  • Experience in project management, event organization and website content management (WordPress)
  • Creativity and experience in organizational communication management
  • Confident Word, Excel, PPT user
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in employment relation

The Association of the European Network on Victims’ Rights (AENVR) is a non-profit entity that consists of public institutions operating in different Member States of the European Union. The Association operates the European Network on Victims’ Rights (ENVR) which is an expert-level cooperation and collaboration between Member States' governmental institutions responsible for victims’ rights policy.
AENVR organizes various activities for the experts of those institutions, with the aim of developing law practice related to victims’ rights focused EU legislation and maintaining an active cooperation for the help of cross-border case management in crime victim support and protection.
The new colleague will bear the responsibility of supporting the Association’s legal managers by administrative and logistic tasks.
