Responsibilities

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for fast-paced project delivery?
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate our business and employee ramp-up initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and timely action plan execution.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the end-to-end ramp-up of business operations and workforce scaling.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor detailed action plans to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and proactively address potential risks or delays.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients during the ramp-up phase.
  • Ensure all onboarding, training, and operational processes are aligned and executed on time.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor employee ramp-up targets and ensure workforce readiness.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate with the OEM and forecaste of the manning needs based on BMW forecast.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in fast-scaling environments (manufacturing, logistics, staffing, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in workforce planning and operational ramp-ups.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus-
