Canadian company, located in Hungary is seeking Project Administrator for job in Debrecen.
The applicant is responsible for assisting the Site Manager with all documentation related tasks. Compiling reports, managing filing systems and database management.
The applicant shall be able to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English and Hungarian language.
The applicant will maintain and operate the administrative tasks and will be the primary source of reports and maintenance of the documentation for the Company. Such tasks will include, but is not limited to:
- the maintenance and administration of SAP database
- the maintenance of the publications library,
- the maintenance of the database of drawings and asset/inventory,
- the establishment of inspection work tasks and work orders,
- the establishment of a log to track and record inspections and any hoc work undertaken by servicing engineers/artisans,
- the implementation of an asset tracking tool;
- the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems software and hardware.

- manage the compilation of routine and special reports, updates of plans and other documentation as required by the Client.
