Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Planning of the production schedule 
  • Maintaining the required quality level,
  • Handling complaints and notifications from the customer,
  • Support during the launch of new productions,
  • Training new employees in terms of the correctness of welding elements,
  • Ongoing control of the parameters of efficiency and production efficiency
  • Solving issues and difficulties in the production department
  • Ensuring the appropriate quality of finished products
  • Ensuring and supervising compliance with health and safety rules
  • Participation on meetings, teleconferences

Requirements

  • Experience in team management (3-5 people);
  • Experience in production process
  • Production involves a simple process of creating packaging from prefabricated parts. The production process requires welding, gluing and folding cardboard packages – previous experience would be nice to have, but not required
  • Communication skills, honesty and responsibility
  • Communicative English
  • Knowledge of the MS Office software package on the intermediate level
  • Experience in people management, attendance schedule planning 
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
