Production Support Manager

Our partner, an international company, is looking for a new leader for its manufacturing support team. The company’s operations are characterized by high engineering precision, a strong commitment to automation, and a strategy focused on developing digital manufacturing solutions.

• Managing and operating the professional area related to production planning, including the development and control of processes.
• Developing medium- and long-term production planning strategies and preparing strategic decisions.
• Managing the organizational structure, resource needs, and team of the department.
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
• Active cooperation with related departments.
• Ensuring compliance with quality management and regulatory standards.
• Analyzing production planning and manufacturing support processes and developing improvement proposals.
• Actively participating in operational problem-solving to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Higher education degree in a relevant field
• 5–8 years of professional experience in production support
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Native-level Hungarian language skills
• Negotiation-level English proficiency
• Confident SAP knowledge
