Production manager

• In accordance with the business plan, the fulfillment of the issued production plan through area leaders and team leaders, while ensuring compliance with, and enforcement of safety and quality regulations.
• Motivation and development of the production organization to ensure the most efficient operation.
• Close collaboration with related co-departments.
• Active lead of structured problem solving of issues that arise in production.
• With the use of Lean tools, improves production processes, optimizes the material flow within production and improves factory order.
• Prepares analyses, makes proposals for organizational measures and technical developments that ensure the achievement of the set goals, and ensure their implementation.
• Active participation in the development and preparation of reports that enable the evaluation and development of the production process.

• University/College degree on Technical field, preferably on Mechanical engineering field
• At least five years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• At least five years of experience in people management
• Experience in metal processing
• Advanced English and/or German command
• Strong project managerial competences
• Experience in production optimization activities
• Good decision making, priority setting and time management skills
• Lean approach
• Excellent command and communication skills
• Hands on mentality
