Production Director Assistant

• Providing operational support and coordination for the daily work of the Production Director
• Monitoring production processes in accordance with production instructions, work instructions, and quality standards
• Participating in anomaly (deviation) analysis and supporting the preparation and follow-up of corrective actions
• Supporting product quality improvement activities; organizing meetings and assisting in the preparation and tracking of action plans
• Liaising with technical, quality, and other related departments
• Monitoring the onboarding, training, and skill certification processes of new employees
• Participating in the organization of trial production for new products in cooperation with the Technical Department
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and 5S/FOD regulations on the production floor
• Preparing production data, statistics, and monthly and quarterly reports for management
• Supporting production analysis activities and documenting improvement proposals

• Secondary or higher education (technical or business background is an advantage)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Confident use of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in anomaly analysis and reporting
• Precise, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience in a multinational or Asian corporate environment
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or quality management principles
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
