• Monitoring production plans

• Tracking key performance indicators and developing improvement proposals

• Carrying out leadership tasks, creating and following up on individual performance development plans

• Planning vacations and overtime

• Actively participating in projects and sharing relevant information with the shop floor team

• Supporting and contributing to LEAN processes

• Ongoing or completed college/university studies

• Communicative level of English

• Willingness to work afternoon and night shifts every 10–12 weeks
