Product / Project Quality Assurance Manager

• Monitoring compliance with ECSS standards
• Conduction of internal QA and PA audits
• defintion of PROJECT / PRODUCT KPIs (Key Performance Indicator);
• analysis and evaluation of PRODUCT quality related customer requirements;
• identification of project risks;
• customer communication;
• measurment and presentation of project KPIs
• collection of lessons learned and feedback;
• support of internal process audits;
• participation in customer visits and audits

• BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Space Engineer, Project Manager or equivalent
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in working with standards
• Experience in Non-Conformance Management
• At least 2 years of experience in PRODUCT quality of R&D projects
• Knowledge of quality measurement system(s), and KPI(s)
• Openness to relations with international organizations
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues working in different fields

• Experience in supporting the MAIT activities
• Experience in negotiation with suppliers/sub-contractors
• Experience in safety-critical system development
• Experience in project and/or safety management
• Experience in internal auditing / certified internal auditor
• Experience in working with Eclipse software
• Knowledge of ECSS space standards ((European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ecss.nl))
• Knowledge of NASA TS Space Standards (NASA Technical Standards System (NTSS))
• Knowledge of AS 9100 / EN 9100 / ISO 9001 Standards
