Responsibilities
- Yearly marketing strategy planning
- Planning and controlling the marketing budget
- Continuously analyzing market trends, competitors and future opportunities
- Product forecasting for deliveries
- Preparing new product launches
- Planning marketing campaigns with support of our marketing agency and monitoring campaigns
- Event management - organizing medical events for pharmacists, pediatricians and specialists
- Support the Field Force Manager’s job: plan trainings for the field force, prepare communication tools, support the daily work of Sales Reps’ / Med Reps’, help pharmacy chains related negotiations e.g.: discounts and shelves agreements
Requirements
- BA or MA degree in economics/health sciences
- minimum 3-5 years experience as manager, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical industry with Rx products
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
