We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab for the following position:
Product Engineer
What a typical day looks like:
- Communicate with the business unit team to ensure efficient production methods
- Actively participate at product introduction phase and review product specifications based on customer needs
- Supervise sample production and report status to project manager
- Initiate and implement technical and technological changes together with site/ global team, monitor the changes
- Manage the documentation related to production methodology and engineering models
- Collaborate with the business unit team/ site experts to solve problems and develop corrective actions
- Evaluate inspection and test results with the core team to improve the production yield
- Set and monitor SMART goals, actively initiate and participate in continuous improvement programs
- Maintain technical related communication directly with customers, suppliers, and related departments
- Create work instructions - support training of site trainers
- Create build reports for product implementations and changes
- Participate in line layout design process for new products
- Participate in audits to verify compliance with customer/ Flex requirements
- Provide technical support in case of new product quotation
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer degree (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years of experience in electrical manufacturing would be preferred but we are open to Fresh Graduates
- Communication level in both English and Hungarian
- AutoCAD and Excel knowledge
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings, specifications
- Analytical and problem-solving approach with the ability to multitask
