Our partner is a major global innovator in consumer electronics, automotive infotainment, connected‑technology solutions, and professional audio & lighting systems, known for its iconic premium brands. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the processes related to Product Change Notifications (PCN) and Product Termination Notifications (PTN) for some of the highest‑value product categories. 
In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and update all relevant details in the tracking systems, including product usage, customer demand, manufacturing sites, stakeholder groups, and potential replacement components.
  • Notify and collaborate with category managers to determine whether a PCN/PTN should proceed or be declined, providing any necessary supporting information.
  • Communicate updates to all key functional stakeholders and ensure that the defined process timing is followed, escalating cases when deadlines are at risk.
  • Track the status of all dispositions, keep master reports accurate, and prepare presentations for stakeholder reviews.
  • Coordinate activities, ensuring approval workflows are completed and plants place required orders on time.
  • Prepare monthly reports showing the potential production and financial impact of planned PTNs.
  • Work closely with all parties involved in the PCN/PTN workflow, hosting or joining meetings to ensure alignment, training, and process understanding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives related to the PCN/PTN area.

What you need to succeed: 

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  • Background in Purchasing/Buying, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP MM module.
  • Experience in Change Management is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams across various departments, divisions, and regions.
