We are looking for our new

Product and Service Development Expert

colleague, who will

take an active part in the activity of innovation and development of products and services of the LPG department, ensuring a sustainable activity of our LPG Business. 

• Identifying innovation opportunities across the organization in all areas—sales, technical, logistics, and marketing.
• Developing and implementing new innovative ideas.
• Monitoring the results and evaluating the impact of the implemented projects.
• Stimulating creativity and fostering an innovative mindset among colleagues.
• Collaborating with all departments (sales, technical, logistics, marketing, support, etc.) to make innovation projects happened.
• Benchmarking industrial best practices, researching emerging technologies, traveling to key markets, analyzing competitor strategies, networking with experts, and organizing conferences—anything that drives innovation, business growth, and technological advancement for MOL LPG.

• Has a BSc/MSc degree in technical/economics/business
• Speaks Hungarian and English on intermediate level
• Has comprehensive understanding of business, economics, logistics
• Has basic knowledge of MS Office
• Relevant experience (Project management, technical/logistics expertise, market research, cross-department collaboration) is an advantage
