Production Process Optimization: Optimize factory production processes, implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, and enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Software: Understand basic programming related to production software, analyze and troubleshoot software failures, and optimize production software to improve efficiency and product quality.
Equipment and Tool Evaluation: Assess the equipment, tooling, tools, and related software required for product manufacturing to ensure production needs are met and enhance production stability.
Standardization of Process Documents: Draft, modify, and standardize on-site process documents to ensure uniform, standardized, and operationally consistent processes.
On-Site Issue Handling: Quickly resolve production line issues to ensure smooth operations.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Familiar with the full manufacturing process of electricity meters, independently complete assembly and finished product process documentation, configure process parameters, and optimize trial production to ensure smooth mass production of new products.
Enhance Team Expertise: Improve team knowledge and skills in electricity meter production and expand professional expertise.
Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process design, optimization or engineering support, with the ability to write SOPs and process documentation.
Possess data analysis and project management skills, and be able to independently write technical reports and report on work progress.
English at least communication level
