Description:
- Leading a team of 3 engineers,
- Take part in the hiring process,
- Mentor team members,
- Work together with Architects and Engineers to create technical solutions, and review, edit and implement software requirements,
- Work together with Product Managers to define scope of products,
- Establish and communicate project plans, be responsible for on-time delivery,
- Drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- University of college degree in a related field,
- 2+ years of experience being a technical leader, a project manager or managing a team,
- Software development experience in C / C++ programming language,
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
