• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of payroll projects, from initiation to closure.

  • Collaborate with various departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

  • Facilitate project team meetings and communication, ensuring alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively.

  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and report progress to senior management.

  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the team.

 

Elvárások:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, within a payroll or HR environment.

  • proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • fluent English knowledge

  • excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • proficient in using project management software tools 

  • huge advantage if you’ve had exposure and experience in payroll implementation projects, either on the vendor or client side, and ideally also in a multi-country environment.

  • experience with Workday or other payroll systems (advantage).
