• Consolidate payroll data from various sources.
• Submission of payroll data to processing platforms.
• Review calculations.
• Reconciliation of payroll associated liabilities (taxes, social contributions, insurances, pensions etc).
• Data Privacy compliance.
• Vendor communications.
• Update key business partners with payroll communications
• Handle questions from employees regarding payroll.
• Ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by management.

• Relevant experience in a similar position / industry; Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of local payroll practices.
• Knowledge of local data privacy requirements.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills (Other MS office skills a plus).
• Experience of English & delivery location languages.
• Knowledge of People Soft or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Energetic, self-starter, and service-oriented personality.
