Payroll & Benefits Analyst

As Payroll & Benefits Analyst at Reckitt, you’ll be responsible for our commercial office in Budapest. You’ll work closely with local HR, Finance team, external Payroll service provider, GPS (Global People Services) team and our Employees. You will report to Payroll & Benefits Lead who is based in Tatabánya. This role requires travelling to Tatabánya once a month.

Your responsibilities

• Payroll data provision to the external service provider
• Process data provided by Employees for a successful monthly payroll closing
• Ensure timely sign-off any upload of bank files, and that accurate salary payment and deadlines are met
• Collect documents, hard copies, tax returns from employees via ticketing system or offline and store as required
• Meeting agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) when working via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Payroll data entry (e.g.: garnishments, income certificates, tax allowance, social contributions, etc.)
• Ensure that the information received from HR / Finance teams are loaded and captured correctly within Payroll Vendor’s system
• Managing the review and reconciliation with Interface reports from SuccessFactors and also vendor systems
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively to improve the integrity and quality of HR data, systems and processes
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports
• Coordination of payroll related audits when necessary
• Active involvement in HR projects (e.g.: payroll vendor change)

The experience we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience Payroll/Benefits/HR Administration role in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a business subject; wage and social security administrator qualification is an advantage
• A thorough understanding of payroll, HR processes and principles
• Fluent Hungarian and English
• Comfortable with working in a ticketing system (ServiceNow), good knowledge of Excel
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills – you're as good with people as you are with numbers
• Ability to adapt to changes, ready to tackle new opportunities
