• Manage DACH payroll processes: Oversee the receipt, validation, and completion of payroll-related data activities.

  • Deliver a world-class employee payroll experience: Ensure excellence in payroll services and assist customers, resolving any issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams: Work closely on a daily basis and in all project activities, ensuring global designs are adapted into local best practice payroll processes.

  • Support HR with payroll data: Assist in the hands-on collection, calculation, and entry of payroll data where integration with HCM to Payroll is not yet complete.

  • Maintain payroll data integrity: Ensure data accuracy across integrated HR and payroll systems, promptly identifying and rectifying discrepancies.

  • Contribute to development projects: Participate in initiatives that impact the payroll function worldwide, including other payroll or business-led change activities.

  • Support Global Payroll Transformation: Assist with payroll projects such as vendor changes, system integrations, country expansions, and automation of payroll processes (e.g., data gathering, testing, etc.).

  • Assist payroll teammates: Help with ancillary activities in their respective countries, including data collection, employee queries, or off-cycle payments, and provide backup support as needed.

  • Create and improve documentation: Develop, maintain, and enhance payroll process documentation.

  • Own your development: Take responsibility for your growth plan and collaborate with your Team Lead to achieve your goals.

  • Fulfill additional tasks: Complete any additional duties assigned by the Team Lead.

Elvárások:

  • You have a good understanding of core payroll management and processes.
  • Experience and passion towards payroll and payroll-related technology and processes.
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security law in DACH Region
  • Familiarity with personnel systems such as SV-Net and experience with ADP Celergo is a plus
  • Previous experience in payroll operations and Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is considered a strong advantage.
  • You are a strong communicator, with high working proficiency in German and good in English 
  • You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems proactively.
  • You know how to use MS Excel proficiently.
  • You work well in a team and are completely comfortable collaborating remotely and dynamically using digital tools such as Slack and Zoom.
